With Pokémon Unite you can duel together in teams of 5 on your smartphone and put your skills to the test. The aim is to collect more points than the opposing team. There are currently 23 Pokémon available for this in the game, which is available for Nintendo Switch, Android and iOS. In this ranking we would like to reveal which monster is the most popular.

 

The poll for the most popular Pokémon in Pokémon Unite

The survey itself was carried out by MeinMMO. A total of 762 trainers were asked which monster they would like to take into a fight in Pokémon Unit. This resulted in a total of 1.913 votes, because each player was allowed to cast 3 votes.

The special thing about Pokémon Unite is that each monster has different specialties. Each Pokémon has its own strengths and weaknesses. So some are better suited to certain sections of the arena than others. The battle arena itself is divided into bot, top and mid lane.

Place 10: Charizard / Charizard

    Who doesn't know this Pokémon? Charizard has been part of the 1st generation and can also be selected as one of 3 starter Pokémon in the first games. It is also one of the most popular monsters in the game Pokémon Unite and ranks 4,13th with 10% of the votes.

    Its attacks Firestorm, Flamebolt and Seismic Slam in particular make it a demanding opponent.

    Pikachu is undisputedly one of the most famous Pokémon of all. The mouse-like monster has become an indispensable part of the franchise today. Not only fans know it, but also our parents and grandparents.

    The nimble Pokémon has been Trainer Ash's loyal companion since the 1st generation. Now you can compete with Pikachu in Pokémon Unite and defeat your opponents with Electro Ball or Thunderball.

    The nimble absolute of the Unlicht type originally comes from the Hoenn region and has been around for the third generation.

    In Pokémon Unite, it is one of the Speedster-type monsters. It's no wonder, because Absol is one of the particularly nimble Pokémon in combat. With its attacks Feint, Night Slash or Pursuit, it can cause considerable damage to its opponents. However, the defense of this Pokémon is also quite low.

    Overall, Absol received 4,81% of the votes in the poll for the most popular Pokémon in Pokémon Unite.

    Until recently, Gengar was probably the most feared Pokémon in the game. Especially with its attacks Sludge Bomb and Hex Combination, it destroyed many opponents. However, because it was so strong, it was weakened. Since then, the monster has rarely been seen in combat.

    The Ghost Pokémon received 5,59% of the vote.

     

    Snorlax from Pokemon Unite

    We have also known Relaxo since the 1st generation. In Pokémon Unite, it's one of the best fighters. It can hold its opponents tight with its shield attack. With Heavy Slam, Relaxo is then able to cause enormous damage.

In this region you could find different Pokémon in their special Alolan form. So far, however, the Alola Vulnona is the only monster in this regional form that you can find in Pokémon Unite.

    At the same time, it is also one of the best monsters in the game. With its attack Dazzling Gleam, the Alola Vulnona can immobilize its opponents and inflict considerable damage. But the Blizzard attack is not to be despised either.

    The Alola Vulnona received 8,89% of the vote in the poll.

     

    Lucario

    Lucario has been around since the popular Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum games. In Pokémon Unite, it is primarily characterized by its tremendous penetration. It can incapacitate the enemy with its Power Punch attack. It is also possible for the monster to steal valuable Pokémon from the opponent.

    In the survey, 8,94% of the players said that they would prefer to take Lucario into a fight.

     

    Zeraora

    Place 1: Zeraora

    Players could receive the legendary Pokémon Zeraora for free when the game Pokémon Unite was released. The mighty monster has the agility and slam initial attacks.

    With his Discharge attack, Zeraora creates a ring of electricity that can do a lot of damage to enemies. The Plasma Gale attack in particular is tough too.

    Zeraora received 10,14% of the vote, making it the most popular Pokémon in Pokémon Unite.
