Shipping

We ship worldwide for only 1,99 EUR shipping costs.

All orders are dispatched within 1-4 days. The delivery time is between 7 and 21 working days, depending on the destination country. In a few cases it can take a few days longer.

Please note that deliveries to Austria are currently not possible. 


Tracking number & shipment tracking:

You will receive the tracking number by email shortly after your order has been processed. You can see the status of the shipment under https://track.pkm.store check. 

We will keep you informed of the current status of your shipment by email. 


Shipping times:

Our products are shipped worldwide from various warehouses in the EU, USA and China, sometimes directly from the manufacturer. The consignment usually arrives at the recipient within 7 to 21 working days.


Failed delivery attempts:

If the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be made available for collection at your local post office.
