Shipping policy


Due to the strong impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the freight sector, our goods are being delivered to our customers later than expected. We are very grateful that you continue to support us during this difficult time. We will do our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. In the event that you have a delivery delay or delay in getting tracking, please don't worry, contact us if you need any assistance, we are always by your side.


We put a lot of emphasis on delivering the items to our customers as quickly as possible.

Please note: Estimated delivery times do not include processing / production time!

All items are shipped approximately 1-4 business days (Monday to Saturday) after receipt of payment and approval of the order.

“Business days” are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays or planned service disruptions. Please check with your local postal service for any other regional restrictions and public holidays which may delay receipt of your shipment.

Your order can arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of the items in your order, we can pack and ship them in several packages. For multiple packages and shipments, you will not be charged any costs other than the amount displayed at the checkout.



1- When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, your details will go through a verification process. This is for us to ensure we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will send an email to request more information so we can update the information we hold. Please reply to the email we sent, otherwise your order will be canceled. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The verification process usually takes 1-4 days and after that we will send an email notification with your tracking number. 

2- Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number. In some cases it can take up to a few days for the tracking number to be available in the system. You can track your order later.

If you haven't received an email, please contact us so we can provide you with the information before making a chargeback. In some cases, emails are not sent automatically.

3- I ordered more than 2 items but only received one ... where is my order?

We have a wide range of products that are not in stock. If you order more than one item at the same time, they may be shipped separately so they can get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't get all of your items at once ... they're on the way

4- Why haven't I received any order confirmation details?

In most cases, this is because our customers accidentally entered their email address incorrectly. Please also check the spam folder of your email inbox. During the whole process, we send 3-4 emails including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice and a shipping notice. 5- TAX?

There are no taxes, customs or other fees.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been authorized and verified. We will start preparing your order immediately after the verification (At this time frame it will be difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
