And once again the little Pikachu from Pokémon has wasted it: He disguised himself to represent a different character. This time he portrays the ninja Minato Namikaze from the manga series Naruto.
Minato was also called Konoha's yellow lightning bolt. Visually, that goes very well with Pikachu. Also the quality that Minato was respected and admired in Konoha for his strong, clever and generous character.
