ORDER CHANGES?

Once your order has been released for shipping, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. After ordering, you have 5 hours to request changes (such as size or color changes). Please note that orders that have already been released for shipping generally cannot be changed or canceled.

After the 5 hours have passed, your order will be ready for dispatch and normally cannot be changed. It is therefore important that you contact us as soon as possible.

The shipping address can only be corrected or changed before the order has been released for shipping. Our shipping processing is usually very quick and takes an average of 1-4 business days.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN THE ORDER?

To claim a refund or replacement, please note the following:

Firstly, you have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to request a refund or replacement. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Secondly, although each product is carefully checked before delivery, errors may occur. To ensure the satisfaction of all customers, we accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The product has defects.
  • The product quality is inadequate.
  • The product delivered differs significantly from the design shown on our website.
  • The product information (such as type, size, content) does not match the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for returns or exchanges if the size or fit is not correct. The responsibility for selecting the correct size and fit lies with the buyer.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT / LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS

We offer you a free replacement or free return in the following cases:

  • You received a different size than you ordered.
  • You received a different product than the one you ordered.

Please send us your order number along with a photo showing the incorrect item, the poor quality of the product or the damaged area of ​​the item.

Please pay close attention to our size chart. If the size you ordered does not fit, we will not be responsible for it.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT? EXCHANGE?

We offer you the option to exchange items for a smaller or larger size. In this case, only shipping and handling fees will apply, the amount of which we will inform you of.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Pkm.store support at info@pkm.store, and we will ensure that your concern is resolved satisfactorily.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Before making a return, please request an RMA number from our customer service at info@pkm.store at. We only accept returns of items under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the goods
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging

After you receive an RMA number from our support, please follow the steps below:

  1. Over-demand info@pkm.store an RMA number.
  2. Include a printout of your purchase confirmation email with the items.
  3. Return the package to the above address using a post office or other courier service.

Please provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email of receipt and whether a refund has been approved or declined.

RETURN COSTS:

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your items yourself. These costs will not be reimbursed. If you are granted a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.
