Pkm.store works hard to ensure that all of our products meet high quality standards and are shipped on time and accurately.

If you change your order or have a complaint about the quality of the product for any reason and want to request a return / replacement, please contact Pkm.store support at info@pkm.store and follow our guide.

ORDER CHANGES?

You cannot change or cancel your order. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order changes (e.g. a size / color change). Therefore, we cannot support you if you want to return an item after this date due to color / size or a change. After 5 hours your order has gone into production and can no longer be changed except for your delivery address. So please contact us as soon as possible.

We can still correct / change your delivery address before we finish and ship the product (this process takes an average of 1-2 days).

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT PART OR RETURN?

To be eligible for a refund / replacement please ensure that:

First, customers have 14 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or a refund. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.

Second, every product must be carefully checked before delivery. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure all customers are satisfied we offer replacements or returns for any of the following reasons:

● The product itself is flawed.      

● The quality of the product is poor.      

● That The final product differs significantly from the design presented on our website.      

● The following product information be right does not match the order: type, size, color, content.      

Finally, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to improper fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks in choosing the style and fit of their purchase. DAMAGED WRONG PRODUCTS OF LOW QUALITY

We guarantee you a free replacement or free return in the following situations:

● The design was poorly done.      

● You have received a different size than what you ordered.      

● You have received a different product than the one you ordered.      

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the wrong item, the poor quality of the product, or the damaged area of ​​the item.

Please check our size chart carefully, because if the size you ordered does not fit you, we cannot take responsibility.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE / COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

We offer an exchange that is smaller or larger than the original of your items. In this case you only have to pay the shipping and handling fee, we will inform you of this total fee.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Please contact us via email (info@pkm.store) before returning the item to obtain an RMA number. The shipment cannot be accepted without an RMA number.

A: If the customer wants to return the item, we will only accept returning items if they meet all of the following conditions:

● In original condition      

● Unwashed and unworn

● Package all returned items along with a printout of your purchase confirmation email.      

● Contact us via email before returning to obtain an RMA number. Your shipment cannot be accepted without an RMA number. After that, go to a local post office or other courier to send the package to the following address.

RETURN COSTS:
