Shipping policy

We attach great importance to ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include processing or production times.

The total delivery time consists of processing time plus transit time. Daily order acceptance ends at 17:00 p.m. Central European Summer Time (GMT+2, Berlin). Because all of our products are shipped quickly, there is a necessary processing time.

Items are usually dispatched within 1 – 4 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment. On average, with standard shipping, your order will ship 1-4 business days after purchase.

"Business days" refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We recommend that you check with your local postal service for regional restrictions and holidays that may affect the delivery of your shipment.

It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of the items in your order, we may ship them in multiple packages. Shipping in multiple packages will not incur any additional costs beyond the amount shown at checkout.



1- When will my order be shipped?

After you place your order, your details will go through a verification process. This is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping information. As a rule, all orders are released for shipping immediately after payment has been received.

If information is missing, we will contact you by email to complete the required information. Please reply to this email otherwise your order will be canceled. Without complete shipping information, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order. The verification process takes 1-2 days and then you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2- Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number. However, it can sometimes take a few days to receive these. You can use this number to track the status of your order later.

If you do not receive an email from us, please contact us so that we can provide you with the necessary information before considering a chargeback. In some cases, emails are not sent automatically.

3- I ordered more than 2 items but only received one ... where is my order?

We have a wide range of products shipped from different warehouses. If you order multiple items at the same time, they may be sent in separate shipments to speed up delivery time. It is therefore possible that some items may arrive earlier than others. Don't worry if not all items arrive at the same time - the rest of your order is already on the way.

4- Why haven't I received any order confirmation details?

In most cases, it's because customers accidentally entered their email address incorrectly. Please also check the spam folder. During the ordering process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, an order processing notification and a shipping notification. There are no additional duties, fees or other costs.


Once your order has been authorized and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Immediately after this verification, we will begin preparing your order. Please note that during this time frame it may be difficult for us to change or cancel your order.

To check the current shipping status of your order, you can visit our shipment tracking page. If the estimated delivery date is exceeded, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately.
