Sneak up on your target slowly, crouch in the tall grass to remain undetected, and when the opportunity arises, target the Pokémon and toss your Poké Ball in their direction. If the Pokémon doesn't immediately jump out of the Poké Ball, then your throw was successful and you caught it!
