The Pokémon Go Fest in summer 2022
Niantic has finally released the details for Pokémon Go Fest on June 22nd. Look forward to Shaymin as a new Pokémon, rotating habitats, Shiny Pokémon , and tickets.
The Pokémon Go Fest will be celebrated for two whole days in June. It officially kicks off on June 4th, 2022 at 10:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM . The second day of the event takes place on June 5th, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM . In addition to Shaymin , you can also look forward to encountering Axew and Tropius. The event times are based on your local time zone, so trainers can enjoy the event even in distant locations and different time zones.
Pokémon Go Fest with ticket or without?
First of all, you need to know that while there are tickets that you can purchase, it is not mandatory. The event can largely be played without a ticket, guaranteeing you lots of action and adventure. If you decide to buy a ticket, you will of course get additional content for your money.
The ticket costs you $14,99 and also grants you access to the final event on 27.08.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX.
The ticket includes the following additional services:
- By spinning the photo discs in the arenas, you can get up to Raid Passes for free.
- A maximum of five snapshot encounters await you during the two-day event.
- You get event stickers from gifts and at Pokéstops
- Access to the final event in August.
All players (without and with the ticket) receive:
- Milza appears in level 1 raids and if you are lucky, you will encounter a Shiny.
- Snapshots with surprise encounters.
- Anyone who posts their snapshot online has a chance of it appearing in the Today View. For this you have to post them like this: #PokemonGoFest2022
- In the wild and in Tier 1 Raids, you can encounter Pikachu in the Shaymin costume. Also as Shiny, this version is on its way to hit it, but you need a lot of luck.
Incidentally, a ticket can be purchased independently for the event in August. This costs $10,99. If you buy the festival ticket for 14,99 US dollars, you do not need an extra ticket for the final event. At the final event in August, you'll encounter special Pokémon, get new special research, and lots of other great content.
Pokémon Go Fest both days
On 04.06. the festival starts at 10 a.m. local time and runs until 18 p.m. that day. Anyone who has bought a ticket can participate in the global challenge arena. As a team, trainers solve challenges here every hour and, if successful, unlock a bonus for the remaining hour. This is available on both event days. In the level five raids, you may be surprised by a previously unknown Pokémon. Special research with and without a ticket will give you pleasure.
Habitats are rotating again for all trainers, regardless of ticket. You probably already know this from other events. They also rain confetti on the theme throughout their hour-long activity. The following Pokémon will be available on both days:
